Bunch Tiger Aero .451 Ignition Engine.
Built in 1945, this Bunch Tiger Aero engine is in very good condition for being 76 years old. This engine is not perfect, but it is certainly very clean, no gunk or dried fuel buildup. Compression is excellent and the engine turns over smoothly as does the ignition timing. Comes with a Champion spark plug, fuel tank and the Gits cap is mounted on back cover.
The information/spec is from the Tim Daniels American Model-engine Encyclopedia Vol. 1 See picture #5.
There were dozens of models of Bunch engines built. I have no idea what the actual production numbers were for this Bunch Tiger Aero but I am somewhat surprised there are not more Bunch engines listed on eBay...
