    Description

    This is a brand-new needlepoint canvas by Royal Paris / Steiner Freres S.A.S. dated 2000. It is called Composition aux Raisins d'apres J.C Papeix, which translates to Composition with Grapes after J.C Papeix. The image painted on the canvas depicts bunches of grapes and leaves with a pottery vase filled with daisies, and a copper kettle. This is #142 358. Jean-Claude Papeix is an artist in Limoges, France; this canvas will allow the needlecrafter to recreate one of his paintings in needlepoint. The original tag on the back notes the size as 17 3/4" x 23 3/4". Purchased by a serious collector, stored in her craft room. Nonsmoking home.
