    This shawl is finely handwoven in raw silk. We think the fabric is so wonderful , rich, warm & soft after it is washed, it is perfect to drape over your shoulders. It is hand woven raw silk . The shawl measures 50" x 104" & is excellent to take on a journey, as it is large enough to be used as a bedspread, or a light blanket because the silk is surprisingly soft and warm - especially after is has been used for a while. Traditional Tibetan monk or nun's shawl.
