3 - VINTAGE 2" Wide, 9.5 Foot Military Tie Down Tow Straps Etc.
These 3 straps with D-Rings in one end seem to be in good used condition.
Note they do have some worn areas as well as some fading and a bit of rust staining.
I have 3 of what I think are vintage binder straps from the 1940s-50s??.
I vaguely recall buying them in an Army / Navy surplus store in the 1960s or 70s.
I am speculating that these could have been used to secure cargo on some aircraft and then repurposed for all kinds of farm and home needs.
Other than a blue tracer in the strap there are no markings I can find.
The straps are about 2 inches X 9.5 feet long.
Not knowing much more than that if you know more details about their original intended use was please let me know and I can expand on the original role was.
Otherwise if you have use for these here you go, they may be usual in a decor
application too.
